DAIWHA conducted in-house training on the infusion pump market, product knowledge, and anatomy to strengthen employees’ expertise in medical devices. The training compared key infusion pump specifications and competitor characteristics, with a focus on core functions such as flow rate, accuracy, occlusion detection, KVO, and CMS·EMR connectivity to better understand the competitiveness of DAIWHA products. Employees also studied fundamental anatomy and major human structures relevant to clinical applications, improving their understanding of both the products and their actual use environments. Through this training, DAIWHA strengthened employees’ capabilities in product, market, and clinical knowledge that can be applied to sales and product planning activities.

DAIWHA held an AI TFT Kick-Off meeting to discuss practical directions for applying AI across the company. During the meeting, participants shared potential areas for AI adoption based on the specific characteristics and needs of each department, and discussed ways to improve work efficiency and collaboration. Going forward, the TFT plans to identify practical AI use cases, build department-specific examples, and gradually expand the foundation for AI adoption across the organization.

On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, DAIWHA held its annual HOF Day as the summer heat began to ease, providing employees with an opportunity to connect and strengthen relationships. Employees from both the headquarters and Wonju factory enjoyed cold beer and chicken together in a relaxed atmosphere, sharing conversations beyond their usual work routines and encouraging one another. The event offered a meaningful opportunity to step away from busy schedules, enjoy time with colleagues, and recharge together.

On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, DAIWHA held an in-house golf club activity to promote communication and strengthen relationships among employees. Employees enjoyed a round of golf together, taking a break from their daily work and spending time with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. The activity provided an opportunity to share enjoyable moments, recharge, and further strengthen connections across departments.

On Saturday, June 20, 2026, DAIWHA employees participated in a volunteer activity at Happy Nursing Home in Neungpyeong-dong, Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do. Employees provided emotional support to bedridden elderly residents by reading books and spending time in conversation, while also assisting with wheelchair mobility, walks, and meals. In addition, they helped clean and organize living areas and shared spaces to support a more comfortable environment for the residents. DAIWHA continues to operate employee-participation social contribution programs as part of its commitment to sharing and growing together with the local community. We will continue to fulfill our corporate social responsibility through a variety of volunteer activities for neighbors and communities in need, while carrying forward the value of meaningful giving.

On Monday, June 15, 2026, DAIWHA conducted an in-house AI training session for selected employees to help them respond to the rapidly changing work environment and emerging trends in AI adoption. The session covered the basic concepts of generative AI and major use cases, with a focus on practical ways to apply AI in everyday work and key considerations for managers when introducing AI into their teams. The training helped strengthen employees’ understanding of AI and provided a foundation for improving work efficiency and expanding the use of AI across the organization.

On Friday, June 12, 2026, our employees came together to watch and cheer for the Korean national team during the 2026 World Cup. Taking a short break from their daily work, employees gathered in one place to enjoy the match and share in the excitement of supporting the national team. The group viewing provided an opportunity not only to enjoy the game together, but also to communicate naturally and share a positive experience across departments and positions. Cheering as one team helped strengthen a sense of connection among employees and brought renewed energy and enthusiasm into the workplace.

On Saturday, July 4, 2026, DAIWHA participated in the 35th Spring Academic Seminar of the Korean Biomedical Engineering Association, held at CHA Bio Complex. Approximately 300 hospital biomedical engineering professionals attended the event, where DAIWHA introduced the key features of its PUMP products and CMS·EMR connectivity solutions. During the seminar, discussions were held with several hospitals regarding demonstrations of the new PUMP products, and strong interest was shown in EMR connectivity and future product presentations. DAIWHA plans to continue supporting product demonstrations and CMS·EMR solution presentations to evaluate potential adoption and expand implementation across major hospitals.

From Friday, June 26 to Saturday, June 27, 2026, DAIWHA participated in the 3rd International Congress of the Korean Society of Gastrointestinal Surgery, held at Grand Hyatt Incheon. The congress brought together approximately 300 surgeons and nurses, with 25 companies participating. DAIWHA introduced the DE-400, the upgraded DUB-100, MEDISONIC, MEDIPOLAR, and the new 18 mm Jaw. During the congress, the DUB-100 received particularly strong interest. Product demonstration approvals were secured from several hospitals, and additional interest was confirmed in further product introductions and evaluations following the new product launch. Based on the upcoming demonstrations and clinical feedback, DAIWHA plans to support further product adoption and expand its presence across major surgical hospitals.

On Saturday, June 13, 2026, DAIWHA participated in the 20th Regional Meeting of the Korean Society of Laparoscopic Surgery for Secondary Hospitals, held at Hansol Hospital. During the meeting, we introduced the key features and improvements of the DUB-100 and MEDISONIC products to surgeons and medical professionals from major hospitals across Korea. Throughout the event, strong interest was shown in the performance and usability of the DUB-100 and MEDISONIC, and approvals were secured from major medical institutions to proceed with product demonstrations. Positive feedback was also received regarding the possibility of future presentations based on actual product use and recommendations to other hospitals, providing a foundation for further product adoption and expansion into new medical institutions.
