On February 25, 2026 (Wed), the Korea Medical Devices Industry Association held its 27th Annual General Meeting at the Grand Mercure Imperial Palace Seoul Gangnam in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. On this occasion, Mr. Kwang-Hee Won, Executive Director and Head of Domestic Sales Division at our company, was honored with the Minister’s Commendation from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in recognition of his distinguished contributions to the advancement of public health and the medical device industry. The Minister’s Commendation is awarded to industry professionals and affiliated institutional representatives who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and impact within the healthcare and medical device sectors. We extend our sincere congratulations to Executive Director Kwang-Hee Won on this distinguished achievement.

From January 9 (Fri) to January 10 (Sat), 2026, our company held a corporate Kick-off Meeting in Maryong-ri, Yongmun-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, with the participation of all employees. During the meeting, each department presented its key achievements from the previous year and outlined its objectives and execution strategies for the year ahead. In particular, to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, team-based programs were organized to review current operational issues, identify areas for improvement, and establish actionable plans. In addition, an awards and promotion announcement ceremony was held to recognize and commend the dedication and contributions of our employees. The program concluded with an evening dinner reception, providing an opportunity to foster communication, engagement, and organizational unity among all participants.

On December 6 (Sat), 2025, our company conducted a coal briquette donation volunteer activity in the Jidong area of Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, to support vulnerable households during the winter season. Following a preliminary needs assessment, three households—including elderly individuals living alone and single-parent families—were selected as beneficiaries. A total of 900 coal briquettes were delivered, with 300 briquettes provided to each household. This initiative was carried out through the voluntary participation of our employees in collaboration with a local community service organization. This activity was undertaken with the hope of delivering warmth and practical support to members of the local community during the winter months. Guided by our corporate mission— “Advancing human health and well-being through innovative medical devices” —we recognize that promoting the health of vulnerable populations is an integral part of the broader responsibility of the medical device industry. We will continue to dedicate our efforts to the development of innovative medical technologies that contribute to improving quality of life. From February 9 (Mon) to February 12 (Thu), 2026, we participated in WORLD HEALTH EXPO (WHX) held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hee-Seung Yoon, together with members of the Overseas Sales Team, attended the exhibition and conducted meetings with global buyers and medical device industry professionals. Throughout the exhibition period, numerous international companies visited our booth, with particularly strong interest shown in our energy-based surgical devices. This provided a valuable platform to actively present MEDISONIC’s key product differentiators and technological competitiveness. Building on our participation in this exhibition, we will continue to expand the global recognition of our product portfolio and further strengthen our penetration into international markets.

From December 8 (Mon) to December 11 (Thu), 2025, we participated in RUSSIA HEALTH CARE WEEK, held at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center in Moscow, Russian Federation. During the exhibition, we showcased our portfolio of premium surgical instruments, advanced energy-based surgical devices, and motor-driven infusion pump systems, with the strategic objective of expanding our presence in the Russian market. This exhibition provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships with our existing partners while engaging with prospective buyers and key industry stakeholders. Through these interactions, we identified potential new distribution partners and assessed the market demand and competitive positioning of our premium product portfolio within the Russian healthcare sector.

On Friday, November 26, 2025, we attended the Global IP Star Company Certification Ceremony hosted by the Seoul Business Agency (SBA). During the event, our Head of R&D presented the company’s technological capabilities and future vision, after which we were officially awarded the Global IP Star Company Certificate by the Seoul Intellectual Property Center. Following the ceremony, we participated in a networking session with representatives from other certified companies, where we exchanged ideas on collaborative strategies to support IP-driven growth and innovation.
